Alignment Psychology is a boutique practice that provides evidence-based psychological therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress-related symptoms, burnout, emotional dysregulation and difficulty managing life demands.

Sessions are grounded in established clinical frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches and integrative psychological practice;.

The focus of therapy is to support meaningful, measurable change in emotional functioning, coping capacity, and day-to-day psychological flexibility and wellbeing.

With over 20 years’ experience, I support women in midlife, professionals and high-functioning individuals navigating stress, anxiety, burnout and life transitions. I am a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).  My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, mindfulness and psychoeducation within a warm, alignment framework that supports greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and lasting wellbeing.  At Alignment Psychology in Eltham and Templestowe, therapy is focused on meaningful growth, practical strategies and helping clients reconnect with a more grounded and authentic way of living
