Alignment Psychology is a boutique practice that provides evidence-based psychological therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress-related symptoms, burnout, emotional dysregulation and difficulty managing life demands.
Sessions are grounded in established clinical frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches and integrative psychological practice;.

I am a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
